What's included in your mobile coffee service?
As a baseline, all our coffee catering packages include:
- A perfectly-curated coffee menu tailored exactly to your tastes (including 2 signature drink flavors)
- Italian espresso machines
- Locally roasted coffee, all garnishes (for your basic and signature drinks), cups, a selection of syrups, and any other coffee drink must-haves
- Top-tier mobile baristas with big (and big-time entertaining) personalities
- General Liability Insurance (not optional)
- Full set up and break down
What do you need to set up your coffee cart?
Not very much! Our coffee carts tend to roll in and roll out of your event without a trace. As long as you have at least one dedicated power outlet (15 amp circuit) located nearby, we have everything we need to get things brewing.
How much space will you need?
Our coffee bars are impressive-as-can-be, without hogging all your event space. Each coffee bar setup is 5 feet x 2 feet, allowing us to fit almost anywhere.
Do you do outdoor events?
Yes, we bring our coffee catering to outdoor events all the time! As long as there is one power outlet (15 amp circuit) located nearby, we have everything we need.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, but we make a mean espresso martini! Due to liquor licensing laws, you will need to provide any alcohol that goes into your coffee drinks. If this is an option that interests you, just let us know so we can include that service in your quote along with an alcohol purchase list.
What's the setup like? Will I need to be hands-on?
Nope! As soon as you have your signature menu set it will be fully hands-off from there. Our logistics team will set up our espresso bar 1-2 hours in advance on event day. To make sure everything is seamless by your start time.
